1. General Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of certain items, not all products are eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website www.gulaaboglow.com.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, imitation jewellery (including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, and other accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Returnable Items
Clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. As proof, you will be required to provide a clear 360° video of the parcel being opened, starting from the sealed package, showing the full unboxing process and the product in detail. The video must clearly capture the defect or damage before the product is used. Without this evidence, we will be unable to process a return, refund, or replacement.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at gulaaboglow@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the required evidence if applicable. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure that returned items reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will not be issued in cash or via bank transfer. Instead, refunds will be provided in the form of store vouchers or credit notes, which can be used towards future purchases on our Website. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise stated.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so for another size, colour, or style of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
9. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or damaged upon receipt and supported by the required video evidence.
